Auto-start Control System

Uses domestically produced and imported well-known brand control systems. When the mains power fails (or other unit start signal), after a delay confirmation (0~30s adjustable), the unit automatically starts

(1~8 times adjustable, first start success rate > 99%), automatically confirms that the generator set is normal, and then supplies power to the load. After the mains power is restored, after a delay confirmation (0~30s adjustable), it automatically cools down and shuts down (0~300s adjustable). It also has the protection functions of the basic type, and digitally displays parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, running time, battery voltage, and speed.

ATS (Automatic Transfer) Control System

It is equipped with high-quality switching switches and control electrical appliances. Indicator lights are installed on the panel. It can cooperate with the automatic control cabinet to realize the automatic switching power supply function between mains power and power generation. Under normal use, the control box is connected to the mains power, and the floating charger in the control box automatically charges to ensure the normal operation of the starting battery. When the power grid is off, undervoltage, or missing phase, the generator set automatically starts. After the start is successful, the control box controls the automatic transfer switch of the automatic transfer cabinet to switch the power supply circuit. When the mains power is restored, the automatic transfer switch switches to the mains power supply, and controls the generator set to run without load until the engine temperature is balanced and reduced before automatically shutting down.

Parallel System

There are three types: manual, automatic, and fully automatic.

The fully automatic paralleling cabinet adopts an advanced control module, which can control generator sets equipped with various types of speed regulators, ensuring that the load distribution difference is no more than 5%, automatic load distribution, automatic scheduling controlled by an intelligent controller, automatic input during load changes, disconnection, and emergency automatic start and input, etc.
